Enhance your ability to attract job seekers to apply for open positions by completing your organization profile. Providing comprehensive details will give job seekers insight into your facility's work environment. On average, organization pages with completed profiles receive 10x the number of applicants to their job postings.
In the "About" section of your organization page, include specifics such as operating hours, location details, and a detailed overview of your clinic and the patient demographics you serve.
The "Community Highlights" section offers another opportunity to showcase the neighbourhood where your facility is located. This is particularly beneficial for applicants considering relocation, providing insights into nearby schools, parks, and amenities.

PrescribeIT's Contribution to Addressing Canada's Opioid Crisis
E-prescribing platform PrescribeIT® offers numerous advantages that significantly improve patient care and optimize healthcare operations through its electronic prescription transmission system. By mitigating errors linked to handwritten prescriptions, PrescribeIT® enables secure transmission of a prescription directly from an electronic medical record (EMR) to a pharmacy management system (PMS), allowing prescribers and pharmacists to communicate directly within their workflows, posing questions and asking for clarifications, and enabling smoother collaboration within a patient’s circle of care. Staffing Challenges
Earlier this year, we conducted the 2024 HCP Survey to gather insights into healthcare practices and staffing metrics.
According to our findings, about 72.3% of respondents reported that their clinics require more than three additional staff members to reach adequate staffing levels. The Canadian healthcare system is currently grappling with significant labour shortages nationwide, especially in high-demand healthcare professionals like physicians, nurses, dental professionals, medical laboratory specialists, occupational therapists and pharmacists.
