How to Refer a Candidate
Make an email introduction to referrals@cherry.health, including their name, email address, and the role that you are referring them for; or
Have the candidate apply directly on Cherry Health and identify you in their application, including your email address.
(either of the options are valid)
Payment Details
If your referral is successfully hired, you will receive a referral bonus of CA$5,000. This bonus is income tax-eligible.
When your referral is hired, you will receive an email from Cherry Health with the payment details to confirm your understanding of these criteria.
You will be paid only after the candidate has successfully completed their probationary period of 3 months.
Referral Criteria
The role must be listed on the Cherry Staffing Solutions page on Cherry Health (link) and show in the title that it is Referral Eligible.

Details that will eliminate the eligibility are as follows:
Your referral has already been submitted for this role
Already an existing candidate in the employer's network (has reached out directly and is interviewing, etc.)
